New Order
- This status is displayed for orders that have just been received into our system. Typically your order will only displayNewfor less then one business day.
Processing
- This status is displayed for orders that have been transferred to the shipping department for packaging. TypicallyProcessingyour order will take 1-2 business days.
Warehouse Transfer
- This status is displayed for order that contain products in transit to our shipping facility, from one of many nationally located warehouses. Typically your order may displayWarehouse Transferfor 3-5 business days.
Back Order
- This status is displayed for order that contain product currently unavailable from the manufacturer. Due to the variations in possible causes theBack Orderstatus will be followed up with an email stating the ETA of your order.
Direct Ship
- In the event XDP does not have a product in stock we willDirect Shipit from the manufacture. This status states the order order has been sent to the manufacture of the product for processing and shipment. Direct Shipdoes not guarantee the product has shipped out. If you would like tracking information for a Direct Shipment please call us at 1-888-Diesel4.
Partially Shipped
- This status is displayed for orders in which one or more of your products have shipped and one or more of your products has not shipped. The statusPartially Shippedwill be displayed until all products have been shipped. Please see your order notes for a specific brake down of shipped and unshipped products.
Complete
- This status has two possible options:

Complete with Tracking Number
- Your order has been completely shipped from our warehouse. You can use the tracking number to view the ETA of your shipment by clicking on it in your order status page or visiting
